Qualification:

• Vocational Hotel School or equivalent and at least with minimum 1 year experience in a similar field (Restaurant Bar, Wine service, Western restaurant, Retail baker or 4 & 5 stars hotel)
• Able to communicate in English; attention to detail; great interpersonal; and communication skill
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Highly motivated and passionated to work od Food & Beverage department
• Pastry and Food Knowledge in: Food ingredients; pastry equipments; hygiene
